 Stone restoration offers complete concrete restoration services. From spall repairs to complete slab replacement our craftsmen employ the methods specified by the International Concrete Restoration Institute and the American Concrete Institute. Our work includes slab on grade, elevated slabs, post-tension slabs, columns, beams, girders and precast components. We perform structural repairs, post-tension cable repairs, structural steel replacement section replacement and grinding. Much of our work is on parking decks and cast in place concrete structures and water treatment plants. Chloride intrusion, cracking and lack of concrete cover over structural steel causes most of the problems that we repair. Restoration can return these structures to new condition and add many more years to the useful life.
Our capabilities include shoring of the structure to stabilize the components to enable repair. The majority of our work is designed by engineers who write exacting specifications for the preparation, repair and cure of the repair materials.
